Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Seasonal Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and support both in-store and online operations. You will maximize inventory, create engaging displays, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery as needed, while learning about wine, spirits, and beer products.

You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in training programs. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend, stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly.
• Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to build the store’s brand.
• Maximize product inventory; process freight and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps; place signage; support digital operations.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance; keep the store clean.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
