Total Wine & More in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a Store Merchandiser to help maximize product inventory, support online orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. This role may include merchandising, stocking, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, participate in training, and maintain displays and promotions while complying with alcohol sale regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Keep store safe, clean, and compliant with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders if required, including curbside/delivery support.
