Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Gainesville, VA to maximize inventory, process freight, and support online operations. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with alcohol laws, and cross-functional responsibilities, including stocking, signage, and training. A flexible schedule, 21+ hours per week, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedule.
• Safe lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight.
• Greet customers and build relationships, inform about products.
• Support online business operations and curbside pickup/delivery.
