Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring store team members to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online orders including curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will greet customers, assist with product recommendations, and participate in staff training on wine, spirits, and beer. Safety, compliance, and a positive shopping experience are emphasized across all duties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and optimize storefront displays and inventory.
• Support online operations, curbside pickup, and delivery when needed.
• Greet customers and provide helpful product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training to grow knowledge.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain store safety.
