Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to join our store team in Port Charlotte, FL. You will maximize product inventory, stock displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup while delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of retail experience; familiarity with POS systems and inventory software; ability to lift 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized experience, informing them about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally following company policies.
