Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Retail Team Members to create a welcoming, fun, and educational experience for guests by delivering exceptional service, helping customers find products, and keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

You will greet guests, operate the POS system, verify age for alcohol purchases, assist with merchandising and restocking, and support store goals while maintaining a safe, friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon entry and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS system accurately, including processing transactions and applying promotions.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol purchases and verify ID.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation of products.
• Increase sales and meet store goals.
• Receive, unload, and validate invoices and stock deliveries.
