Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Sales Associate to support off-premise accounts in Napa Valley and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers early morning shifts, a clear path for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, executing promotions, and maintaining strong account relationships. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma/ GED with 3 to 5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable automobile transportation plus valid driver license.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate pricing, displays, POS materials, events.
• Maintain compliance with quality controls and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
