Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time salesperson based in the Napa area. You will drive sales across our portfolio, visit accounts, coordinate promotions, and ensure product placement and inventory integrity.

The role includes early-morning shifts, a Monday–Friday schedule, and on-the-job training with advancement opportunities. Benefits begin Day 1, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3–5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions, and coordinating displays and POS materials.
• Maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product freshness and rotation.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts and manage relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
