The Wonderful Company, Paso Robles location for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, seeks a Store Associate to deliver welcoming customer experiences, manage POS transactions, merchandise, and support wine education. You will engage a diverse customer base and uphold policies for age-restricted products while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Basic wine knowledge required (CMS Level 1 or WSET Level 1 plus).
• Wine pouring certification (CA RBS) preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers to create a friendly, helpful experience.
• Build product knowledge to confidently advise on wine selections and pairings.
• Complete wine education and training to understand the portfolio and varietals.
• Guide customers on wine choices based on preferences and occasions.
• Operate the store POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Follow policies for age-restricted product handling and responsible sales.
