Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive before service to set up the dining room and ensure readiness for guests.
• Attend daily pre-service line-up meetings for menu and service updates.
• Provide genuine, heartfelt hospitality to each guest during dinner service.
• Confidently recommend and sell wines; maintain knowledge of varietals and regions.
• Collaborate with other servers and support staff.
• Perform light side-work and maintain cleanliness throughout and after service.
• Continuously update knowledge of daily-changing menus.
