• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine; ability to sell wine.
• Confident in guiding guests through menu and wine pairings.
• Reliable team player with attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Arrive before service to set up the dining room for guests.
• Attend pre-service line-up meetings for menu and wine features.
• Provide genuine hospitality to each guest during service.
• Confidently recommend and sell wines with knowledge of varietals and regions.
• Collaborate with servers and support staff throughout the shift.
• Perform light side-work and maintain cleanliness during and after service.
• Continuously update knowledge of daily-changing menus and ingredients.
