Boston Marriott Newton, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a highly motivated Restaurant Server. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering welcoming service, accurate orders, and a positive guest experience at a premier Newton property along the Charles River.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of food service, beverage knowledge (wine/beer/cocktails/spirits), engaging communication, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Engaging personality and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to describe menu items and upsell effectively.
• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and manage seating flow.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance conversations.
• Work with kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Present the bill in a timely, accurate manner.
