We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Server to join the team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, presenting menus, and ensuring memorable experiences for every guest.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Ability to describe menu and upsell items.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive.
• Guide guests through menu with descriptive selling.
• Take orders accurately, confirm special requests.
• Know the menu in detail to enhance conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to leave them happy.
• Present bills accurately and timely.
