Job summary

A to Z Wineworks LLC is seeking a Sales & Hospitality Manager to lead the tasting room for A to Z Wineworks, Erath, and REX HILL. You will drive revenue, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our flagship REX HILL location.

The role requires a 4+ year management background in hospitality or luxury retail, plus strong coaching, communication, and business skills. Expect a flexible schedule and participation in events as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Luxury Brand Management, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in hospitality, luxury, or retail with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Previous wine, luxury hospitality, tourism, restaurant, or direct-to-consumer sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain a high-performing hospitality team; provide coaching and accountability.
• Sales and Outreach: Lead tastings room revenue, wine club growth, retention, and referrals; coach on consultative selling.
• Guest Experience and Hospitality: Deliver a welcoming, elevated experience; host tastings, tours, events; communicate brand stories and memberships.
• Tasting Room Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage inventory and pricing, control costs.
