Job summary

A to Z Wineworks, LLC is seeking a Sales & Hospitality Manager to lead the flagship REX HILL Tasting Room and represent our three brands. You will drive revenue, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure an elevated guest experience inline with brand storytelling.

The role requires managing daily operations, staffing, and partnerships with the local hospitality and wine communities, while upholding compliance and standards across the tasting room.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, luxury brand management or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in hospitality, luxury or retail with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Previous wine, luxury hospitality, tourism, restaurant, or direct-to-consumer sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, conflict resolution and employee development skills.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret sales performance and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff leadership and development, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management.
• Drive tasting room revenue, wine club growth, retention and guest engagement through coaching and outreach.
• Host tastings, tours, club experiences and events to elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee daily tasting room operations, compliance with OLCC, shipping laws, PCI, safety and policies; manage inventory and pricing.
