Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years wine industry hospitality experience.
• Ability to lead and manage staff.
• TABC Server Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasting room operations and guest experiences.

• Plan events with Wine Club and Events teams.
• Train and develop hospitality staff.
