Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain driving record and valid license, and auto insurance per company/state requirements.
• Employee must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives and acquiring new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, secure trade support by communicating pricing and promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials, events and other promotions.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
