Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, California is seeking a Wine Planner to join our production and logistics team. This full-time clerical role reports to the Senior Manager of Winemaking and oversees scheduling, planning, and daily cellar operations to keep timelines on track.

Responsibilities include coordinating bulk wine supply, analyzing plans, and using scheduling tools and KPI tracking. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in supply chain or operations is required with strong analytical and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience.
• Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
• Power BI experience and exposure to AI platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Vintrace or other MES/ERP systems is useful.
• SQL certification and APICS certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with department manager to discuss operations.
• Schedule cellar processing operations and tank availability.
• Direct, schedule and monitor daily cellar and winemaking operations.
• Coordinate with production bottling and scheduling on blends and work orders.
• Develop and utilize scheduling tools and KPI’s to measure success.
