Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Wine Planner who will interpret wine plans, schedule and oversee daily cellar and winemaking operations. You will work with the Senior Manager of Winemaking and manage timelines for equipment and staffing while ensuring quality and efficiency in production environments.
Responsibilities include coordinating bulk wine logistics, developing scheduling tools, and monitoring KPIs.
This position will report to: Chief of winemaking Officer
Travel Requirements: Based on Business needs 7-10%

The Wine Planner reports to the Senior Manager of Winemaking and is responsible for interpreting/analyzing complex wine plans, scheduling and supply. They direct, schedule and monitor daily cellar and winemaking operations. They are familiar with standard operating procedures and basic winemaking procedures of the winery.
