Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Seasonal Reservations Agent for the Santa Train season. You will handle phone, email, and in-person guest inquiries, help plan lunch, dinner, and seasonal experiences, and secure reservations with accuracy and warmth.

This role offers weekend and holiday shifts, four-hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, up to 30 hours per week. A year of customer service in hospitality is preferred; proficiency with reservation systems

Qualifications

• Availability: part-time up to 30 hours per week.
• Weekend & Holiday Availability: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays required.
• Flexible schedule: morning and daytime shifts.
• Customer service experience in hospitality or guest-facing environment.
• Multitasking across calls, emails and reservations in a fast-paced setting.
• English proficiency and clear communication.
• Typing and computer skills for reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and email inquiries with a friendly, energetic, and professional approach.
• Assisting guests with reservations for lunch, dinner, and seasonal experiences.
• Verifying guest information and ensuring reservation details are accurate.
• Processing bookings and sending timely confirmations.
• Providing knowledgeable assistance to guests to select the best experiences.
