Job summary

Summit Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products, set up displays, and manage back stock in large-volume stores. The role requires lifting and standing for long periods and frequent interaction with store staff and customers.

The position involves following supervisor instructions, maintaining promotional setups, and ensuring compliance with company standards while handling beer and beverage merchandise in a safe manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous grocery, retail, or beverage experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work requests and start of day instructions.
• Follow supervisor and sales team instructions for accounts.
• Serve all accounts as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Stock, rotate, and face products in coolers, shelves, and displays.
• Back stock handling and organization as required by supervisor and sales reps.
• Maintain promotional displays per company standards and guidelines.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and service complaints.
• Report problems or opportunities with assigned accounts to supervisor.
• Perform final walkthrough of accounts for cleanup and trash removal.
