Job summary

City Winery Pittsburgh is seeking energetic servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic winery and live music setting. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and assist guests with inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include upselling, supporting promotions and events, maintaining clean and safe service areas, following Steps of Service, and delivering brand-aligned hospitality to every guest walk-in or seated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Server in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Strong work ethic, team player, and exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences and create memorable City Winery visits.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with coworkers and guests.
• Ability to work in a busy, sometimes loud venue and in a POS environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experiences greeting and thanking guests.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions.
• Upsell, drive promotions, and support marketing events and brand.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and comply with health regulations.
• Follow steps of service and uphold brand standards every shift.
