City Winery Pittsburgh is seeking a Concierge to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our venue that blends winery, live music, culinary arts, and private events. You will manage box office interactions, assist with seat changes, and drive ticket and merchandise sales while representing the brand.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in concierge or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in concierge, box office, or customer service in hospitality.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences and memorable service.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with guests in person, phone, and email.
• Manage in-person, online, and phone ticket sales.
• Handle all retail merchandise transactions and upkeep.
• Maximize ticket and merchandise sales and support box office duties.
• Assist guests with seat changes and arrange comps seating.
• Close out and reconcile box office transactions.
• Maintain a neat Concierge booth and handle cash drawer.
• Attend trainings, tastings, and meetings as needed.
• Uphold City Winery brand, history, and programming knowledge.
