Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Server in a fast-paced, high-volume environment or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to upsell.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experience from greeting to goodbye.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions.
• Upsell and support promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain cash handling accuracy.
