Job summary

Jackson Family Wines in Mississippi is seeking a dynamic wine sales professional to curate exceptional guest experiences and deliver best-in-class service for La Crema. You will train Estate Hosts, develop new client relationships in person, by phone and email, and support hospitality events while upholding winery standards.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or hospitality, fluency in English, flexibility including weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in sales, customer service or hospitality.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Curates and maximizes in-person experiences and outbound sales campaigns to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
• Assists in phone and email outreach during Club shipments and new wine releases.
• Develops referral partners through business development activities to drive sales and awareness for the property.
