Job summary

Skywalker Holdings, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics, wine distribution across channels, and inventory storage at all locations. The role includes event logistics, setup and breakdown, and supervision of mail and asset movements to ensure seamless service for internal and external clients.

On-site management for Summit events, oversight of shipping, receiving, and budget coding, with proficiency in Excel, Shopify, and Yardi.

Qualifications

Previous supervisor experience desirable.
Minimum two–three years shipping and receiving experience including inventory and storage, packing and shipping.

Responsibilities

Oversee onsite wine shipping/receiving and import/export coordination.
Manage retail inventory and stock transfers across locations.
Supervise Wine Club shipments, packing, shipping schedules and delivery tracking.
Coordinate with Wine Club, Marketing and Production for timely member shipments.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
Oversee all inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations.
Budget coding and department billing; manage assets and logistics projects.
