Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years in retail, service, restaurant, body care, or food & wine environment.
• Equipment knowledge: Basic office equipment; phone, fax, computer, cash register, calculator.
• Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Email & Internet / Sales & Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Support tasting room and events during high-volume days and weekends.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and represent the ranch professionally.
• Maintain reasonable availability and respond promptly to shift requests.
• Flex to support events and adjust availability as needed.
