Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk is seeking friendly servers to guide guests through a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages with care while explaining menu wine pairings and Wine Club benefits.

A strong team mindset and adherence to service standards are essential. The role requires that you are at least 21 years old with six months of server experience in a full-service setting, and you can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with six months of server experience.
• Full-service upscale casual restaurant experience preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Follow SOPs and ensure opening/closing readiness.
• Use POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Engage guests with wine club knowledge to educate and invite to join.
