Qualifications

• Requires 6 months of full-service server experience in upscale casual or similar environment.
• Comfort discussing food, wine, and Wine Club with guests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care while maintaining standards.
• Operate POS, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Explain the Wine Club and its benefits to guests and promote sign-ups.
• Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists and SOPs.
