Job summary

Navigator Wine Collection is seeking a Compliance Specialist to maintain knowledge of federal and state compliance practices across the portfolio, including FDA, TTB, ABC, CDTFA, SOS, Napa County records, UPC/SCC creation, and licensing for new projects. You will report to the President and may manage external partners.

• 5+ years of compliance experience in wine/spirit industries desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to project manage, prioritize, and lead others.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of federal and state compliance practices across the Navigator Wine Collection portfolio (FDA, TTB, ABC, CDTFA, SOS, Napa County records).
• Oversee licensing for new projects and manage renewals and updates for existing licenses.
• File government reports and participate in audits; lead compliance partnerships with external teams.
