Total Wine & More in Henderson, KY is seeking Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, maximize product inventory, and support online business operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You may handle merchandising, assist with curbside pickup and delivery, greet customers, build product knowledge, and comply with liquor laws while maintaining a safe, clean store. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as the business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Participate in wine and liquor training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards and alcohol laws.
