Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Wine & Beer Team Member to deliver outstanding Customer Service while supporting daily department operations. You will ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are stocked, rotated, and merchandised to Plum Market’s standards.

You will engage Customers with product knowledge, assist with receiving and stocking, and help maintain a clean, organized, service-driven environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for wine and beer with willingness to learn more.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through friendly, informed interactions.
• Stock and rotate product in wine and beer displays, coolers, and end caps.
• Maintain backstock organization and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and promotional display execution.
• Build, face, and maintain compelling displays that align with department goals.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, including shelves and storage areas.
• Follow Plum Market policies, procedures, and safety standards.
