Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including handling orders and curbside delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to improve product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and advertisements.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Carry out cross-functional duties and, if required, load and deliver orders safely.
