Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum four years in food service with strong guest service emphasis.
• Two years in a supervisory role preferred; CMS 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure guest service excellence.
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee guest seating, order taking, and food delivery to ensure efficiency.
