Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group in Portland, OR seeks a Busser to support the restaurant service team by keeping dining areas clean, well set, and guest-ready in a winery environment.

You will assist servers and bartenders, clear and reset tables, restock supplies, and help with pre- and post-service setup while maintaining safety and a professional appearance.

This role requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, as needed.
• Refill water glasses and provide general guest assistance.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and side work areas.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, silverware, and linens from tables.
• Transport dishes and other items to the dishwashing area.
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies, including glassware, silverware, napkins, and other dining essentials.
• Assist with pre-service setup and post-service breakdown of dining areas.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow company grooming and uniform standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
