The ideal candidate will perform friendly greetings, assist with setup, service, and cleanup, and follow health and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in clearing and resetting tables.
• Able to manage a section of tables.
• Safely move furniture like chairs and tables.
• Proficient with cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication for verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperatures.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs.
• Provide a friendly greeting to guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
• Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.
• Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook.
• Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
