Job summary

Wine Road Vintners is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and support the service team. You will clear glasses, clear tables, and assist with timely food delivery to ensure guests receive high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Responsible Beverage Service Card required.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Team oriented with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and respond quickly to requests.
• Bring water to the table and replenish drinks as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery ensuring correct temperature and quality.
• Pre-bus tables between courses and handle tableware adjustments.
• Clear tables after guests depart and keep dining area tidy.
• Notify host and server when the table is ready for turnover.
• Empty linen bags, take out trash, organize the dish area, and maintain glassware.
• Ensure duties are completed before the end of the shift.
• Stay focused and prioritize tasks throughout the shift.
