Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time, field-based merchandising associate for Austin. You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products across assigned routes, using company systems for routing and account monitoring.

You must be 21+, have reliable personal transportation with a valid license and acceptable driving record, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring, and checkout documentation.
• Upload photos of displays and backstock to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am-10 am
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work: Active, field-based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
