Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field merchandising associate in Austin to stock, display, and rotate products across assigned accounts on routes. The role requires travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to maintain proper product levels, displays, and rotations.

You'll lift up to 50 pounds, use pallet jacks, and rely on company tech for routing and monitoring. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper product levels, displays, and rotations across assigned accounts.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck).
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.

Job description

• Schedule: Full‑time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am–10 am
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work: Active, field‑based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
