Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a merchandiser to travel to grocery and beverage outlets, stocking, rotating, and displaying Reyes products across assigned routes. You will move products between backrooms and displays using pallet jacks or hand trucks and use company systems to log routing and account activity.

The role requires 18+, a reliable car with valid license/insurance, and the ability to lift up to 170 lbs when handling keg products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per state law.
• Must be able to lift, push, & pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds for keg handling or pallet jack use.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper stocking, display, rotation and levels of Reyes products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
