Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft certifications preferred and beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, server deployments, and migrations.
• Lead security improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems.
• Apply security patches and manage user/computer policies via GPOs.
• Maintain documentation and support disaster recovery procedures.
