Job summary

Atlanticus is seeking a motivated Windows Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Operations team in Atlanta. You will support and maintain our Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 environment, and enterprise desktop setup.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, provides strong customer service, and collaborates with Help Desk, Security, and IT teams to keep our environment secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Experience with patch management using WSUS/Microsoft Intune and other tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching and health checks.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy; handle provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Plan and execute patch management for servers and endpoints; monitor compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows infrastructure and enterprise devices.
