VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) while ensuring security, performance, and reliability. You will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange environments, and collaborate with engineering to automate deployments and resolve issues.

The role requires experience across Windows and Unix systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Windows administration and application support.
• Strong understanding of Unix and Windows Server architecture.
• Proficiency with Windows/Unix/Linux-based operating systems and commands.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and VPN.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of MS Exchange administration and M365 suite.
• Experience with remote management consoles like Dell IDRAC, HP ILO, and VCenter/vSphere.
• Hands-on experience developing PowerShell scripts for OS and application automation.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential Windows services.
• Manage Exchange 2016/2019 servers and Office 365 Exchange online environments.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• Improve infrastructure stability by observing patterns and advising on permanent fixes, including Linux environments.
• Work with Engineering teams to automate failures using machine learning techniques.
