Job summary

DRW is seeking an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage core infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will deploy and maintain Windows Server ecosystems (2016–2025), supervise AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange, and implement SSO via SAML/OAuth/OIDC with cross-team collaboration.

Strong scripting (PowerShell/Python) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible) skills are required, plus experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Windows Server infrastructure in high-visibility environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Failover Clustering, and load balancers.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Exchange (Server/Online/Hybrid), and MECM (SCCM).
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell and Python), IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and VCS (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Strong networking knowledge; ability to troubleshoot under pressure; trading/low-latency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer core Microsoft services: AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange (on-premise, Online, and hybrid).
• Deploy, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (2016–2025).
• Support Microsoft cloud services: Entra ID, OneDrive, Copilot, and Microsoft 365.
• Configure single sign-on and federation using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and SCIM.
• Triage and resolve tickets from the operations queue and respond to critical production incidents.
• Implement planned and ad hoc changes per firmwide change management processes.
• Maintain system documentation and capture configurations as repeatable runbooks.
• Participate in a global support team with an on-call rotation and occasional weekend maintenance.
