Job summary

- 3+ years direct server support and implementation experience.
- Experience configuring, tuning, monitoring, securing, and managing server software/hardware.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate user requests for server and technical operations, services, and support.
- Develop policy and procedure documents for the open systems server infrastructure.
- Assist IT teams with server management, configuration, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning.
