You will monitor Windows Server environments, apply patches, manage backups, and enforce security baselines while contributing to disaster recovery planning. Collaboration with IT and clinical teams is essential to maintain reliability and patient data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of enterprise Windows Server administration experience.
• MCSE certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Resolves problems and communicates statuses to stakeholders; ensures security and availability.
• Monitors hardware, server resources, logs, and backups; performs disaster recovery tests.
• Applies OS patches, upgrades, and configures new services with security in mind.
• Documents policies, procedures, and standards for maintenance and recovery.
• Defines and manages disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Manages Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 environments and security baselines.
• Configures CPU/memory/disk; documents configurations and changes.
• Makes recommendations for growth; performs performance tuning and audits.
• Supports various computing resources including clusters, web apps, databases, and file servers.
