• The IntermediateSystemsAdministratorsupports DomainAdministrationin aWindowsenvironment andprovides Systemsupport in order to provide sustainable, stable and secure serversincludingbackup recovery, upgrades/patches, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning,permissions and file sharing
• Evaluates currentsystems, andworks oncomplex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation.
  
• Completes assignedtasks of routine to moderate complexityrelated to projects and technical requests,Tier 2 & 3 support in all areas of the departmental service portfolio.
• Is largelyself-directedonce assigned work and functions with considerable independence .
