Job summary

eSense Incorporated is looking for a dedicated IT support professional to manage and support server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Hyper‑v, and Office365. Candidates must have an Associates Degree and be prepared for weekend and after-hours work when necessary.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of WSUS, SCCM, and Azure AD, ensuring the maintenance and reliability of our critical systems.

Qualifications

• Understand Active Directory including GPO's, DHCP, WINS, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on support for server infrastructure including WSUS, SCCM, Hyper‑v, Office365, Azure AD.
• Willingness to work weekends and after-hours during maintenance or on-call issues.

Understand Active Directory including GPO's DHCP, WINS, DNS and TCP/IP. Hands on support for server infrastructure including maintaining, upgrading and deploying WSUS, SCCM, Hyper‑v, Office365, Azure AD and backups, file and print services.

Qualifications

Associates Degree.

Weekend work and after‑hours work is required if there is planned maintenance or there are on‑call issues that require it. It is not a regular or scheduled thing.
