Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator II, Windows (Part-Time) at the Pacific Missile Range Facility in Kekaha, Hawai'i. Provide intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft infrastructure support for U.S.

Navy operations within a DoW environment. Responsibilities include administering Windows Server environments, AD/DNS/DHCP/GPOs, applying RMF/NIST controls, patching with MECM, hardening with ACAS/ESS/SCAP, PowerShell automation, VMware/Hyper-V, and contributing to ATO/POAM

Qualifications

• 2 years Windows system administration experience.
• Experience with RMF/NIST controls and DoD environments.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS/DHCP, and GPOs
• Experience with patch management and MECM/SCCM
• Security tool familiarity: Trellix, LogRhythm, MDE
• DoW/DoD policy awareness and STIG compliance

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments across classified/unclassified Navy networks.
• Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs; maintain system security posture.
• Apply RMF/NIST controls and perform STIG remediation tasks.
• Execute patching via MECM and automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and backup/DR activities.
• Contribute to ATO/POAM documentation; provide escalation support.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in Change Control Boards.
