Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Windows Specialist to drive growth and build strong customer relationships across our market sectors.

You will engage customers via email, phone, and occasional in-person visits, develop product knowledge, prepare quotes, process orders, and work with CRM tools to hit or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience in building materials or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional in tone.
• Ability to learn Rugby's product offerings and use CRM tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell products via email, phone, and occasional in-person visits.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet/exceed targets.
• Develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery in line with policies.
• Prepare price quotes and proposals; negotiate terms when needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and sales activities using CRM.
